A little about me and my approach...

I have a natural ability to connect deeply with sensitive individuals as they attempt to navigate life's transitions and challenges.  Whether coping with the loss of a loved one or an empty nest, adapting to a new career path, managing day-to-day anxiety, or embarking on a journey to discover a fresh sense of self, I am here to offer compassionate and insightful guidance at every step of the way.

My approach revolves around guiding people toward the profound "ah-ha" moments that shed light on the root cause of repetitive, unproductive actions. Together, we untangle thoughts and behaviors using strength-based therapy, humor, and collaborative problem-solving. My framework allows us to explore fresh avenues of existence together. 

 

I am a holistic practitioner, creating and holding a transformative safe space for you.  During sessions, I offer various tools including CBT, EMDR, and somatic mindfulness to support you.  In addition, I can end each session with a mindful meditation.
